There’s a month celebrating just about every kind of food and March is no exception. It’s National Noodle Month so we thought we’d take this opportunity to call out some of our favorite noodle places in Vegas.

When you think about noodles, you probably think Italian food – and we’ve definitely got great places for pasta, but we also have some fantastic spots for just about any kind of Asian noodles you want too.

So if you’re looking for an excuse to carbo-load and indulge in slurping this favorite comfort food.

7 Favorite Noodle Places  in Las Vegas

One of our favorite noodle places in Las Vegas - Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles

1. Beijing Noodle No. 9

Noodles are a main attraction at many Chinese restaurants and they’re hand-made every night at Beijing Noodle No. 9 inside Caesars Palace. Stop by and enjoy dinner and a show. Watch the chefs hand stretching the noodles in the open kitchen.

There are lots of options on the menu here including chow mein noodles, noodle soups, braised beef shank noodles and Beijing Zha Jiang noodles – a boiled noodle with bean paste and pork.

Dan Dan noodles are made with minced pork and numbing spicy sauce.

2. MR CHOW

MR CHOW has been making their classic hand-pulled Beijing-style noodles since 1968. Their outpost at Caesars Palace puts on a show for diners every night when the noodle chef comes out into the dining room. Guests cheer him on as he flips the slab of dough and slams it down until it eventually becomes ribbon-like strands of noodles.

MR CHOW Noodles are served with a sweet and spicy pork sauce and they can also be made with a vegetarian option.

3. Yong Kang Street

This eclectic restaurant at Paris Las Vegas serves the flavors of Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. There is a large selection of noodle soups and dry noodle dishes to try. Dan Dan noodles, sesame noodles and meat and bean paste noodles are all served either hot or cold.

There are a variety of noodle soups available including shrimp noodles, roast duck noodles, barbecued pork noodles and Vietnamese beef noodles.

4. SEA: The Thai Experience

SEA: The Thai Experience at Bally’s Las Vegas spices up your noodles with a Thai kick. Choose from traditional pad thai, black noodles, peanut soy noodles, spicy soba noodles, seafood noodles and more.

We like the Drunken Man’s Noodle – a great Vegas hangover cure with broad noodles, egg, onion, bell pepper, tomato, basil and chili.

5. GIADA

If Italian noodles are more your style, you can enjoy fresh, handmade pasta at GIADA at The Cromwell.

Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis serves up tasty dishes like her famous spaghetti with shrimp, mascarpone, lemon and basil. We also enjoy the pappardelle with braised short rib, baby arugula and shaved fennel and the ravioli with lobster and crispy Brussels sprouts.

6. Martorano’s

Don’t call them noodles here. South Philadelphia chef Steve Martorano prefers to call it macaroni at his Paris Las Vegas restaurant, but either way, it’s delicious.

The macaroni dishes are made using imported Rustichella d’Abruzzo products and they’re always cooked al dente.

You’ll also want to try the traditional family recipe, rigatoni with Martorano’s famous Sunday gravy, made with chunks of pork and topped with a scoop of ricotta cheese.

Other choices include penne alla vodka, linguine in clam sauce and bucatini carbonara.

7. Rao’s Las Vegas

Rao’s is one of the oldest family-owned restaurants in New York City and luckily there’s an outpost at Caesars Palace where you can dig into delicious pasta noodles.

There’s a wide variety to choose from. Try the ravioli purses – ravioli with Bartlett pears, ricotta cheese, brown butter, sage and dried cranberries or the crab carbonara with blue lump crab, cream, egg, Pecorino Romano cheese, pancetta and cracked black pepper tossed with linguini and garnished with snow crab claw.

Don’t miss the Sunday gravy made with beef ribs, pork braciole, Rao’s meatballs and sweet and mild sausage in a blend of San Marzano tomatoes, served with a choice of penne, spaghetti, linguine or rigatoni.
